Can you offer your new pet appropriate living conditions?
Do you have the financial means to pay for vet care, food etc. for the years to come?
Will you most likely be able to take care of the animal until its death?

Legal issues
1. The information entered in this form will become part of a future adoption contract.
2. It is not allowed to lock up dogs and puppies in a kennel
3. It is not allowed to use adopted animals for breeding purposes
4. You will have to pay for sterilizing the animal, in cases where this has not be done so far

How we use your personal information

Our charity uses your data to check whether all the requirements for adopting one of our animals are met.
We delete the data as soon as you decide that you do not want to go ahead with the adoption. Otherwise the application form will be kept safely together with the adoption contract.
PLUTO will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your prior consent unless we are required to do so by law.
