We registered the statutes of our animal welfare association on May 14th, 2014 in the official register of associations of the regional government (province Alicante).

Articulo 2: Personalidad Jurídica

La Asociación tiene personalidad jurídica propia y capacidad plena de obrar para administrar y disponer de sus bienes y cumplir sus fines que se porpone.

Articulo 4: Fines

Constitiyen los fines de la Asociación,  ayuda y socorro de los animales maltratados y de aquellos abandonados en la via publica.

Articulo 5: Actividades

Para el cumplimiento de los fines enumerados en el articulo anterior, se realizarán las siguientes actividades:

• Control de las colonias felinas
• Castraciones
• Realizar analiticas
• Busqueda de hogares
• Socorro a animales heridos sin propetarios

Todas las actividades se llevarán a cabo mediante el cumplimiento de la legalidad vigente reguladora de cada una de ellas.

Article 2: Legal status

The association is an independent legal entity. It is entitled to manage and make use of its financial assets as well as to strive for its goals.

Article 4: Goal

The association wants to help mistreated and abandoned animals.

Article 5: Activities 

The following activities serve to achieve the overriding goal mentioned in article 4:

• Controlling feral cat colonies
• Neutering animals
• Ensuring adequate medical tests
• Finding foster parents and rehoming
• Rescuing injured animals (without owners)

All activities are conducted according the currently applicable laws.
